Your
cargo may have been damaged, lost or stolen while in
transit.
The cargo may not be insured or alternatively,
perhaps your
insurance company has refused to pay. You may be owed
money
by a shipowner, carrier or charterer.
Recovering
your losses can be a complex task even when liability
is clear. Those responsible are often extremely
reluctant to admit
liability or pay any money. They know all the
"tricks" and will try to
put all sorts of legal obstacles in your way. To
defeat these tactics requires extensive knowledge of
international transit law, shipping procedures and
cargo handling as well as requiring effective and
forceful negotiating skills. We can provide these
skills.
We
have the expertise to determine who should be
pursued, how
best to secure your interests and how to ensure you
get paid. It
will not cost you anything until we get your money
back. We earn
our fees by working on a no-win-no-fee basis which
means that we charge a commission on whatever money
we recover for you. If no money is recovered, there
is no fee and therefore you have lost
nothing. (Subject to our standard Terms and Conditions.)
ALL
claims, regardless of their size are pursued
rigorously and are negotiated until the best possible
result has been achieved.

further information on how we process your claims,

of claims.
